Learning and Tuition are always needed. Many of our children have missed a substantial amount of school due to their backgrounds, and often find it difficult to catch up with their school work. If you are prepared to help students with their studies and help them realize their potential, Scholars Academy welcomes you as a volunteer tuition teacher.
Why Volunteer?
Our society has benefited hugely from the generosity of volunteers of all ages. It is and always has been an indispensable aspect of our society. There are hundreds of thousands of people who could benefit so greatly from simple volunteer services. Our main objective is to reach out to the underprivileged and needy children who do not have the means to realize their potential.
Children are every community’s hope for a better future. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to share their expertise in areas such as academic, music and art. Volunteering to teach children is a powerful way to affect the society. Whether you are teaching English, leading students in a song, or giving a math tuition, your service will make a difference.
This task requires patience. You can volunteer for the day or just a few hours. Children learn more and feel more supported when parents, school teachers and the society work together. It is a very rewarding experience, which in turn can be beneficial to your overall health and well-being.
Volunteers must be self-motivated, highly organized and desirous of a career in education so that they can prepare the students for successful futures. If you go for the right reasons and work hard it will impact you and the children for generations. You will change lives.
Scholars Academy strongly invite you to participate in our volunteering program and see how you can make a positive difference in the children’s and in your own life. All we need is your enthusiasm, your life experience, and a willingness to teach children about taking chances and shooting for the stars.
